A very great pop and mom restaurant.
The Owner is extremely nice and really helpful to deliver the food to each of our plate!
One of the best Seafood Pancake I've ever had! They are really generous with the seafood and green onion. So flavorful.
The Spicy Chicken Stew is really tasty as well. They use only fresh chicken and not frozen chicken. The meat is really tender and they are very generous with the meat and veggies.
Overall, a really great experience to spend a casual dinner with family / fams!
Definitely should try!! -

This place has been in business ever since I was born, and I can't believe that I just tried this! We got the daktoritang (Korean Spicy Chicken stew). For two people, it's $32 and you can get fried rice after! The chicken was really juicy and fresh, and the stew was perfect. We got the mild and there's a slightly spicy kick. Ooh and also get the hand-pulled noodles with it, you won't regret it!
The owner was really accommodating and sweet. She was explaining the whole process of how she prepares her food, and you can tell that she's really passionate about her recipes. This place is such a gem.. definitely check it out! -

I just ate at this gem and feel compelled to write a review right away. This mom and pop restaurant is not in a plaza so kind of hidden. Street parking. I think the location and lack of parking lot are why the place is not jam-packed because the food is delicious!
We ordered the spicy chicken stew (really complex and tasty sauce) and the chicken soup (with glutinous rice inside the chicken). The owner told us they buy the chicken fresh every day and we could taste it. I usually find chicken soup meat to be too tough but I ate everything in the soup (including the white meat - which I usually look at like it's the enemy) and left only a pile of bones. I think I involuntarily smacked my lips a couple of times during dinner. The soup is meant to be salted to your taste.
The service is the best we've had in K-town. Super nice owners who checked up on us, made sure we liked the food, and were generally really sweet. -

The seafood green pancake is REALLY GOOD! The chicken stew we ordered is mild, it's a kick. So if you're not a big fan of spicy, just order not spicy. They taste like homecook and comforting, I would definitely come back!

Delicious food. The only drawback was that the woman working alone forgot about coming over to take the spicy chicken stew we ordered off the flame, so our meal got a bit scorched. Yet, the flavors are so delicious and the hearty dish is meant to be cooked for a while, the neglect didn't take away too much of the dish's goodness. I love that this place concentrates on a few lesser known Korean dishes that are seldom found on the standard Korean restaurant menu--and excels at them. I'll give one star back to my rating simply because the woman who owns the restaurant, and serves and cooks the dishes too, is so kind. She came out and found a beer to give me though it's a BYOB restaurant.
